Xander: *Wheeze*
Tony: "But your word-"
Xander: "Is all I gave you, you infantile dolt."

Panel 3: Tony banging his hands against his head.

Xander: "And if you don't agree to a contract of my terms, this Manor will be empty within the week and sold off.

Xander: "And there is nothing you can do about it without being incarcerated."

Xander: "Now, leave me."
