"Just a little off the top, hmm? Was that all you wanted?" The barber asked, humming as he moved through his tools and instruments, fingers dancing along the polished silver and steel. His client, however wasn't present. His patient on the other hand, was. Gagged and blindfolded, the man struggled and fumed, trying to get free of the chair to which he was bound. His employer had given him a bonus for this particular patient to be put forth as an example to other potential idiots who might otherwise think of doing similarly. While the barber had indeed brought forth his blade to shave the man's face, he did far more than that. Drawing blood, he slowly drew the sharp edge around the dome of the man's skull, sinking it almost to the bone before gripping the hair and pulling hard. Despite the muffled screaming he kept tugging, slowly switching tools to a more crude saw, inch by inch scalping his patient, then moving on to the other half of his task. His fingers danced again along his tools, grabbing a pliers and a leather strap, pulling out the gag for a moment.
"Markus will kill you and your bitch mast-MFFF!" The barber sighed, pulling the strap back as far as it could go, forcing the man's mouth to stay open wide, his tongue unable to push it out of the way despite his effort.
"There, there... That's better. Now... Your first instinct is going to be to bite down and go ahead. That's what the strap is for, after all." He started humming again, the man's eyes going wide as the barber put the pliers on the vampire's lower upper left incisor, gently careful to get the right tooth before pulling harshly, ripping it, blood and a scream from the gums.
"Got too eager to move in on her territory, your boss did..." The barber tossed the tooth into a bin and moved on to the next. "Well, you just go and tell him anytime he wants to take more, he can come in for a visit. Give him a good discount, that I would." He ripped out another tooth and leaned forward to the sobbing vampire's ear, smirking as he whispered, "Oh, and tell him Mary says hello."
