Yeah, She is kinda scared of the fact she is carrying a dragon inside her and she does not know what that will do to her, from what i know, dragons are born though eggs... Ponies dont lay eggs... Shes in the unknown of how this whole Pergos with dragon Hybrid is gonna work

In my headcanon, dragon/pony hybrids are born like regular foals.
Kilala97 portrayed Rarity at being worried that dragon spikes would tear her womb from the inside. Fortunately, though, Rarity gave birth to not only ONE baby, but TWO. And she seems to be doing fine.
