Remember these ladies? Possibly not as i sent the original artworks into the scraps. But yes, Lust of the Dakini (aka project Pagan Leers) is still on the way. Having mostly served as a sketchbook mascot throughout the years, I've finally decided to get some pinups up for show and tell.

One of the key changes is that I've ditched the idea of the project being a parody of the game Doom in favour of a Saucy Fantasy Adventure story. Like a blend between Monsters Inc, Aladdin and Species, Lust of the Dakini tells the tale of a world populated by monsters who are forever pestered by evil spirits from Humanity's underworld. Saving the day will be shapeshifting protagonists who have a spiritual link to a past populated by the now extinct human race.

Left to right we have 3 of the leading ladies of the series, Farida Uttal, Tahiya Ozric and Hekmet Kamal. Deviating from the Doom motif, Farida and Hekmet happen to be mermaids in human form, their outfits modelled on Lion fish and Puffer fish respectfully. Whilst they have mermaid forms, their true forms is that of large sea dragons and as such they're super powerful. And they've got the power to change into cats of all things.

The beholder-like creature has remained the totem animal for the man character Tahiya in the middle. She is now what they call a Dakini, a reincarnated human who has inherited vast magic upon the second birth. The reason she has these powers remains a mystery, but regardless it's a blessing in disguise when it comes to getting into the pants of a man she has her eye on.
