Looks like the UNSC has a surplus market after all, and the Warthog seems to have quite the aftermarket selection. Then again I would imagine something as battle tested as that would be pretty popular among the weekend warriors.

I really like this design.
(my only gripe is the military acronyms on the sides, looks more like a military police vehiclethan civilian because of those)

heres my thoughts:

* civil vehicle, why does it say UNSC and a code (M/AAV-20) on it?
* i don't think it's neccesary to say "STEP" along the car
* perhaps a soft top/tarp variant for the back

That's an awesome variation of the Warthog! Looks fitting for a Police force on a colony world or other locale.
