Aaaaannnnnnddddd here's the next one.

I have no idea what's upsetting Neji so much, but I have narrowed it down to 4 reasons:
1. He's mad since he went to the trouble of getting dressed up and Sasuke didn't pounce him
2. Sasuke called him a girl
3. He wanted someone to pounce him (Naruto, Lee, Gaara, take your pick) and they didn't
4. I put him in a [very girly] kimono

All I know for certain is that someone is gonna get messed up real soon, and it's not gonna be Neji.

I changed the symbol on Neji's head to a star 'cause I figure there can't possibly be an issue with a star. And for some reason his kimono turned out way more girly then the other ones, but I figure his cousins picked it out for him

I could have sworn I added skin tones but I don't think they're coming up. I'd fix it but it's just soooo tiresome.
