The City of Royal Woods has recently passed a law that requires all individuals under the age of 18 to take scuba diving lessons with a trained diving instructor before they can be approved for diving out in the wild. (For anyone 18 or older, it's purely optional) And for our young teenage couple Lincoln and Ronnie Ann, they are not too pleased to have to do what is basically summer school just so that they can go scuba diving in any body of water they wish. I think we'll have to give Theresa Davis a stern talking to about potentially removing this stupid law.

And luckily for them, it just so happens that Lincoln's sister Lisa is indeed a trained diving instructor. But that still doesn't change the fact they'd rather be diving as opposed to listening to Lisa's lectures all day long. Lincoln knows how Lisa tutors and it devinitely is anything but entertaining.
