I know, right ? Usually, I never cry watching movies. However, I already cried a lot during the last LotR film and it wasn't even that sad (I think I cried mainly because I knew it was the end of the trilogy), but THIS... I'm afraid I'll have to go see the movie alone, it'll just be too embarrassing. I'll be a damn sobbing mess. Especially when Peter Jackson is so good at making emotional death scenes... And why THESE three characters, WHYYY ?

(And yeah, spoiler alert - but the book was published 70 years ago, so I assume that people who care about the story will already know how it ends, and the rest won't give a damn anyway )

actually the first time i cried because of a movie was the first time i watched rotk, at the end when frodo leaves..
for all of the horrible things that happen in lotr none of them are killing me quite as much as the thought of the next two hobbit movies and it doesn't make any sense and i feel a little ashamed but ?? and yeah why them exactly
