I find 3 things here which are strange:
[1] Pinkie Pie doing dishes (victim of Twilight's mind-control spell?)
[2] Gummy all bloated up while being fastened to Twilight Sparkle's head (a parasite?)
[3] Twilight's tail (I sometimes wonder if it's actually made from fabric)
Other than that, this is a nice image with nice colours and has good use of shadings and lighting effects.

not to rule down others, but I will make at least a credble and non-grusive statement here. This is one of the best images of the Twilight's house i've seen! I really enjoy how homey and relaxed the room looks. the use of the color is what has made this an outstanding piece. It would be nicer to see more images of Twilight relaxed in this way out there, enjoying a book for the sake of enjoyment instead of reading a book for the sake of knowledge.
You made a good choice to bring the characters out from the image with outlining them against the line-less background, something I don't think I often see.
Tthe environment overall is quite relaxing and enjoyable, and is added to by the field and mountains outside.
And finally, ending with the image story, what did Pinkie do to have to do Twilight's dishes for her? (Or is Pinkie that kind and does twilight's dishes all the time?)

As for the story part, the tumblr sort of follows pinkie moving in with twi unexpectedly. They've kinda lived together for a while now so it's all started to settle down, the question i got was if twilight had gotten used to gummy living there yet. The image seemed to sum it up :3

Besides i love the stile of that tumblr. While sometime is not pretty show-acuratted, it have a special charm by itself. This picture stikes me as very sweet home scene.
