I was doodling and drew her. I'm not a Rouge fan but she's fun to draw. I went off of some old pictures of mine to draw her because my brother didn't allow me to have the guide book.
Then AFTER I had finished making her lineart my brother gave me the book... and I couldn't locate the correct colors. Spent all together about 2 days and a half making her on Photoshop CS. Hardest part was shading and highlighting. I couldn't come up with a backround so I wanted to do the SA2 type but couldn't even find the right filter.Some aspects are messed up, like the ears and other stuff. It's my first time trying this so I'm happy.
And that thing at the lower right of the picture is just a signature I was trying to create.
I need more practice.

how do u do the shadows and htings on them like highlighting and doin the shadows like on tht??
my dad uses adobe photoshop, illistrator and other htings but he just says to me to air brush it on :S

i did them when i found a tutorial on [link] and in the tutorial search you type in sonic or something like that. Then you need a picture to understand the shadows and highligths for the sonic like style.
Basically I used the pen tool to ink and get the shape for making the shadows and highlights. If you know how to use the pen tool well enough it should be simple but doing it all is rather time consuming.
I hope you can learn something out of what I just said.

actually i find this amazing. Your skillz at cell shading technique rival my own i think. You don't need to learn anything from me with work like this man! lol, great job.

Thanks. I looked at a tutorial and sort of redid it in my head before trying to make this... and it worked.
As for rivaling your skills... You're still better.

woah. that's really good. i'm not a big rouge fan either, but i still like this pic. you did a really awesome job, especially with her pose. i think it fits her personality really well.
