one more calendar piece for y'allantlers are another obsession of mine. they are quite magical to me. however i need to work on how to draw them because they always look odd. i think these ones are fine though.
i guess this is sort of like a king and queen idea. god and goddess. or just a couple'a kids putting antlers on their heads. whatever you want!
i thought it'd be funny to give these two a name like the penningtons. i don't really know why. i got the name from one of my many old books.

There was a children's book where antlers appeared overnight on a girl's head. The girl reminds me of that. Ya know...you could be insanely successful illustrating children's books!

haha yeah, many people have told me that. and i've done some children's booky type drawings before. i even came up with my own story about a girl who refuses to cut her hair but then the hair grows a mind of its own and won't stop tickling people, so she has to cut it... hahaha. that was inspired by true events.
