Name: Alienware UI - For Windows 7this is mix of alienware with windows 7. plus a new look for both. and currently using this as my logon background.

sorry to disapoint you but there are no brushes other than the default in photoshop cs4. if you refer to the lines and green leaves i used the default background of windows seven and then created a mask, and some effects.the rest was done from scratch
