Description
I've aways felt that a soul only rested when it was tired. But when a soul is not yet ready to rest; when it wasn't done living, it is simply reborn into another body, as it's old body returns to the earth.I had a wolfdog. His name was Bambu and he was my baby. But, when he was 2 years old, he was taken from me. I was miserable without him; no dog could fill the void....until Toboe, my 14 week old wolf puppy. He acts and looks so much like lost son, I could see my Bammer's soul in his eyes. I know that Toboe is Bambu; just in another body. It took 5 years, but our souls met again.
I don't think Soquili's soul is quite ready to be put to rest. If it is meant to be, Becca, you will meet him again. It worked for me, and I didn't have to lose my own life to meet Bambu again.
So, rather then say, R.I.P., I'll just say TTFN; TaTa for now, So-So ^_^
Done with colored pencils and sharpie. (Scanned horribly! Original looks better
EDIT: Changed the title so Becca would know it's a Soquili drawing. My rendition of him is awful, so the title helps identify who he is.

!
I believe the exact same thing.
My cat, Twister, was my dearest and closest companion during the hardest parts of my illness, and he was always there for me, until the day that he got hit by a car. He managed to drag himself halfway home before finally passing on.
I was... distraught, to say the least.
And then the vet who lives down the road got a little of feral kittens that were only six weeks old.
I went down to have a look at them, and one of them, little Jack, struck me as the most darling little cat there was. He had the same eyes and Twister, even if his coat was a different colour.
It's frightening, actually. He walks like Twister did, holds his tail like Twister did, eats like Twister did, has the same favourite toy as Twister and sleeps in all the same places as Twister. Also, he was born on the day that Twister departed.
It's like Twister knew I wasn't ready for him to leave, so he came back incarnated into Jack.

My gosh, you have truely captured Hashem's words. He says that nothing ever dies, the Nashama has to return to him. Everything lives on, and on. Your words are so true; Soquili will return to Rebbecca soon. Hashem has plan for every one of his children.
What a fantastic tribute.

i think the same thing has happened to me. My cat ramsie (probabaly spelled that wrong) died almost a year ago and we got a kitten and her name is Butterscothc and she looks so much like ramsie and acts like her too and plays with the dog like he. So i think that Butterscotch is Ramsie
