I have been waiting a long time to see this! A Snow Goose spectacle with 20,000+ Snow Geese. They just kept coming in flock after flock and settled on Cayuga Lake. Eventually a passing by boat flushed them all up - the sound was amazing! It was like being in a full stadium of cheering people.See my Flickr for Videos of them landing [link] and taking off [link]

we have something like at at Bosque del Apache with geese and cranes - not as many - but still a spectacle = great capture

For me it's a hunter friend who invited me at his home cause there is a little lake near to its town and he saw some tens of thousands Geese
