I actually like that pairing a lot.It actually makes sense.
Kankuro saves Kiba.They probably made friends.If they made good friends,then Kankuro probably some how met Hana.Let's say they made friends,possibly,and maybe started liking eachother. And there ya' have it!A couple!!

O_O This is so weird! In this one Naruto RP I'm in, one of my characters is the daughter of Hana and Kankuro.
I don't even necessarily like the pairing, I just thought it would be cool to have a ninja who was a puppet user and also an Inuzuka.
