>Open the folder you wanna place the items
>Select all items in rar
>Drag and move in into the folder you opened
>DONE<

Hi!
Inside the rar file there is grd file which contains photoshop gradients. You'll need to load those gradients into Photoshop (in Gradient Editor go to Load...) before using them.
