However, you insist that because she posted hers to Deviant art after you that you did not use her piece for reference.
And weather that is true or not, I do see the differences in the pieces.
At any rate, you did a rather nice job with this piece aside from the bone structure being a little off/incorrect.
Nice lines and pretty nice shading.

Once again you need only look at the DATES of the pictures on mine and hers to see that mine was posted first, and yes the bones arent perfect, when I redrew it later for others I have corrected the bones, thank you. Also I think Zoe's drawing is much nicer than this one! But I had never seen it while drawing mine because her peice didnt exist yet.

Hi! I had to look up who Zoe Lacchei was! I looked at her deviantart, (wasnt aware she had an artbook! she is a great illustrator.) no I didnt get the idea from her! I just made it up, as you can see from the date, several years ago. Also as you can see from the date, on her picture AND mine, that mine was made and posted several months before hers. I do not think she ripped me off, and I obviously couldn't have rip off her.

You shouldn't be worried of ppl that say you stole a design. If you made something yourself... you know you did, I guess that when it comes to a tattoo design... there are so many. It could happen that you made one that looks like someone else's without you knowing it. So just let em talk.
