She's from my Rainbow Factory fanfic XD She was cursed to never be able to touch the ground without destroying everything around her. She does touch the ground though (to destroy the Rainbow Factory) and loses her ability to fly. So now she's a grounded pegasus... BUT SHE'S STILL AWESOME!! XD
