Tia Dalma and Davy Jones before he got all...tentacle-y. Drawn, obviously, after watching POTC3 whilst in a highly piratacal mood. Had no real desire to replicate what the actual characters wore and looked like so much as the idea of everything, so Jones got Jack's hairdo. Just 'cause, ya know, it's a good hairdo.Real POTC characters copyright Disney, of course.

So Davy Jones is in fact staring down her cleavage and reaching up her skirt, right?
Something about the similarity in tones between the underside of the tentacles and Davy Jones' skin kind of makes me want to think that his body terminates in a squid.
