yay!!!! I never thought it would turn out how I wished it to do.X3 It took me annying 16 hours work! ^-^ but I am very happy... there will be prints of this too <3

BTW: This picture goes to the only person in my life, that actually helped me to get here: Todd Lockwood.
I know, you might say he hasn't done anything. But he has. he drew all those dragons and pictures that always inspired me. Looking at his art, I always felt like drawing a dragon
and some of my best pices wouldn't be here if Todd weren't here 
He is my god. The only one I am looking up to this much.
I want to get as good as he is someday. But not by copy hi style.
Maybe I never will, maybe I do. I don't care. Drawing is my hobby. It's there to make me happy, not to get famous.
It's not about beeing the best... it's not even about beeing good.
Drawing makes me happy. And looking at other artists drawings too. And this is why I love art. it makes me happy.
So thanks Todd, thanks all you guys out there that kept me drawing dragons.

the figure? perfect touch. takes all that huge power for destruction and puts it in perspective, and somehow, that tiny little child seems capable of stopping it. he's certainly commanding all of it's attention (which is good, because I don't think I'd have seen him otherwise)

Ich find das Pic so genial Oo. Ich sagte ja schon dass der Drache wunderbar plastisch wirkt, aber auch atmosphΓ€risch haut das Bild sowas von rein. Mir gefΓ€llt die triste Stimmung, die Idee die dahinter steckt und der zerstΓΆrte Hintergrund (der die Idee wunderbar unterstreicht). Das Bild hat etwas trostloses an sich, und der Drache wirkt wie ein stiller WΓ€chter, aber auch etwas traurig *schwΓ€rm*.

The beast in the center of the picture, the human, hopeless and motionless below the jaws of destruction. The fingers dangling from the beasts winged edge, works its way down to the one below, frozen in his innocence... The flow of this magnificent picture, the detail, and care... And in 16 hours... It makes me feel ashamed to even try to call myself an artist...
