No solid plans for this fella, but I think I might eventually use him as a kind of avatarAnyway, his story is a simple one: His father was a unicorn who loved adventuring, his mother was a zebra. They settled down, and had Seaglass, who was raised on his mother spiritualism, and love of nature, and his father's stories of his homeland. Sometime in his adult years, his father passed away, and Seaglass makes the journey to lay his remains to rest back at the home where his father grew up.
Anyway, it was about time that I finally drew him, since I came up with his character and color palette last winter

He's got a really cute tail, I can just imagine someone going in to snuggle this thing.
I dunno why, but the first thing that comes to my mind when I look at his CM is soap. What is it anyway?

Wow, so many things to say...let's see...
First, not border pass: immigration port. Also, he didn't haul an entire dead body. The remains he's laying to rest is a portion of creamated ashes, sealed into a small, decorative wooden box. Some of his ashes were laid to rest in the place where he made his life, and some where his life began.
His cutie mark is sea glass. When lightning strikes the sand on beaches, it gets rapidly melted into little, lumpy bits of natural glass, and this process produces several colors, depending on what elements were most present in that sand at that time.

Aaah, that's a really cool theming there, is it because he's a mix of two different races (and two different "worlds"/cultures)? I especially like how the lightning's involved too, it evokes an air of an extraordinary event. There's a lot of symbolism packed into his name (and cutie mark) now that I think about it. Did you intend this? Cause that's awesome!
