How To Request a Commission

1. Please send a note of include the word "commission" somewhere in the subject to me. Please provide a clear reference sheet or a clear description of the character(s).
2. Payment is upfront through PayPal or Points. Please do not send commission money/points until notify about it to you.
3. After payment, I will send the rough sketch for your approval to you. Minor changes are free, but redrawing the sketch completely will cost you extra money/points.

4. When you will be approved it I will finish the picture. I will send every stage of my work (sketch, line art, coloring, details, and background, etc...) to you.
5. I reserve the right to deny any commission request for any reason.
6. I retain the rights to post the commissioned work to my gallery, my other portfolios and so on unless we agree otherwise before the work is done.
7. You CANNOT cancel a commission once I have already drawn a rough sketch. If you cancel the commission, I reserve the right to request the cost of half of your commission price for the line art.

The Process

1. Please send points to me. / I will send an invoice through PayPal to you. I will start working on your commission as soon as the invoice is paid.
2. After a couple of days, I will send the rough sketch of your commission for approval to you. If any reason, I cannot deliver you the rough sketch in the first couple of days, I will notify you.
3. After the rough sketch is approved I will send small size images of stages of every step of the sketch, line art, color, details, etc to you.
4. When finished all stages to need, I will send a full-size picture to you. Then depending on the case, but the small size of your commission will be submitted to my gallery.

About commissioned works
Do not reprint/redistribute/edit/sell. You can post to social media. When you do it, display my name as a painter of works, please.
