The scar on Ryan's neck is an infection from a special drug called SIN. It glows blue and makes him an easy target for those hunting him, so he always covers it up the best he can when he goes out in the city.

lol it's cool - the MOTH posts are kinda buried in the timeline... I might have to make a separate page for MOTH stuff just to keep it more organized :'D
