I love the lights here and the feeling of the human being's misery comparing to the wilderness of nature.
Stunning details and texturising on the branches too!
I also love the fact that the female figure is so small but you managed to get the onlooker's attention straight to it! Great work!

Was the atmospheric lighting difficult to plan through, or does it come naturally at this point? Personally I've always wanted to follow style of Justin Sweet www.pinterest.com/arthuritis/a… but never could maintain compositional and color integrity of his drawings.

The lighting and composition scheme changed a couple times from what I've originally planned to accomodate the client needs which was a nice challenge. It's mostly trial and error but once the composition and color is in place the rest is much less difficult.
Yeah Justin Sweets, he accomplishes much with very little brush strokes, great detail indication, but I believe it's nothing you can't do yourself Igor. He's great at composition and lighting his shapes but it comes with years of practice in the industry and, well, he's a veteran from what I've heard.
And to be honest you have your own style which I enjoy more.

Love the atmosphere in this. The tree branches feel grasping and a little menacing, and yet that light trickling through the branches is so pretty. A lovely work!
