I think IDW should do a "Hasbro crossover" between Transformers, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, G.I. Joe, and Littlest Pet Shop.

Well, i'm not into G.I Joe, MLP or Littlest Pet Shop, so I can't speak to any desire for that, though IDW sometimes does do crossovers between its franchises.
I'm pretty Sure their infestation events went through everything they had out on shelves...Plus there's already a G.I. Joe Transformers book from IDW, too.

I'm sure IDW would make a crossover with hasbro transformers, gi joe, mlp and EQG with a story of Scientist-twily EQG will be taken away by the wicked 3 franchise from Hasbro (chrysalis, cobra order and megatron) for dimensional portals as in the 3em EQG and sunset movie will have no choice to travel between universes to save by meeting twilight pony, optimus prime and snake that reaches the eye in its quest to save their friends (world of mlp, transformers and gi joe) turn into a machine wicked trio of 3 tyrants.
Not a bad idea of crossover, as you do you think?
