The carnales (better known as Los Carnales). They are one of the 3 enemy gangs from the first Saint's Row ever released.

It would be pretty awesome to see Manuel Orejuela (Who leads a columbian drug cartel that the Father of Angelo and Hector Lopez, who at the time lead the Carnales, that has helped the Los Carnales for years. Orejuela helps the saints eventually after being framed for the death of Hector) in your art style.

The other two gangs are The rollerz and Vice Kings.

Spoiler: You end up killing two of the gang leaders. Vice Kings however are a total complete story.
