Here we have Lithius Bennett aka Mega Mutt out at an abandoned lot after it's apartment complex was demolished but hasn't been replaced holding up a heavy piece of concrete wall amazed at how strong he is with just the one arm holding it up in place without it wobbling at all.

"It was a cold evening in the city as Lithius was making his way back home as he comes across an old abandoned construction site that hasn't been used in years ever since incidents happened causing it to close down. Lithius who was new to being a superhero decided to use the area for some experimenting. So he climbed over the fence surrounding the site and inside was the remains of an old apartment block that was meant to be remodeled into newer buildings. It even included some of the machinery that was left there. Lithius looked about the place to test some things out. First he started testing on some walls and how strong his punches were. He punched into a wall hard enough to place his entire arm through getting his shirt sleeves snagged on some concrete tearing it by mistake. Then he tested how strong he was naturally, he grabbed an slab of an old wall and started lifting it with ease. Finally he though on himself if he could catch it. So he threw the slab into the air and braced himself, once the slab came down it handed in his hands as his legs bent to keep steady but once getting his balance the slab was in his hand above him still intact.

The look on Lithius's face was quite the shocked look as he was that strong to hold a slab that size without it dropping on one hand. After that he replaced the slab and left the area surprised at how strong he was. Each night he kept going back testing further and further eventually using up all he could as he was satisfied with the results."
