Description
This is the first of a few sketch pages that I plan on doing as gifts for my various friends on DeviantArt. They'll be in various stages of completeness, depending on how motivated I feel about the particular designs and characters.
This first one is for my friend , who's been having a rough time lately. I hope that this sketch page will cheer her up!
The top one is supposed to be her LtL Allosaurid self, named Nova. Although without the markings, it's hard to tell.
The one below that is one of her Neovenators, looking up to the sky. Finally, at the bottom, a feathered Big Al gets a drink or takes a bite of invisible food...I tried to make the inner lines thinner this time to make the outlines of the theropods stand out more. I think it worked as a good technique that I'll probably be using more in the future. I also decided on a whim to color the sketches with a soft, transparent brush, to make them more visually interesting since I didn't feel motivated to turn them into complete drawings. I think it looks neat, but I'm not sure what others think...

Aww, I feel so sorry, that I didn't see your wonderful sketch page earlier - well, that is a sign I should check dA much more often.
Nova without the markings is making such a cute expression, I see her posing in front of a camera for a portrait.
And the Neovenator from above appears to be live-like in my eyes and I like the expression of caring in her eyes.
I had to smile as I saw Al in his feathered appearance, which is luring me to hug him tightly and to stroke his feathers, while emitting several purrs mixed with "awww Al.... sooo cuddly".

Yes, you certainly should. I was worried, that maybe, you'd seen it and weren't impressed, and so...didn't bother to leave a comment. 
Yeah, I'm also happy with how all of these turned out, and I'm glad that you think Al looks so cuddly in his feathered appearance. I'm glad you think that Neovenator looks so life-like because that was my intention!

I see what you mean about he details not being as dark. They are still easy to see, but it does make the outline and details more distinguished from each other. I'm sure that Nova's sweet and adorable expression will cheer up our friend!

Cool collection of Carnosaurs, the horns on the one on the top, Noa, look awesome. I like the feathers on Big Al as well. Nice sketch, I await seeing when you may finish it.
