I Know the hair is not the best, but I wanted to get her done before letting her into oblivion.The tentacles texture in Photoshop. Hair and skin in Painter 8.

Originally, this was going to be called "The bride of Cthulu" but a couple of tentacles didn't seem to be enough for Mr. Cthulu.
