Description
The sniper of the Machine Pirates. He was a sniper Automata for the predecessors of the World Nobles until Eus showed him how he could be live without obeying his neglectful masters, going to the Silver Line to be a member of his crew.

Logic rules Delta's thought processes and is the source of his every inspiration- a cold weapon to Epsilon's computerized mindset. He sees emotion as a weakness and a distraction. His frightening and exceptionally powerful form supports his cold and calculating modus operandi. While he is surprised by events that are so remote to happen yet happen anyway, logic dictates his actions. He is unhesitant to shoot down any enemy of the Machine Pirates. He's willing to ignore petty squabbles and jabs at him, and will only do what he finds logical. Somewhat humorously, he has a racing gambling addiction that he likes to either enter himself as a race car to win against other car Zoan users or bet on races.

He has Rulers Observation/Armament/Conquerors/Realm Haki, Wind/Metal/Lightning/Fire/Earth Nature Haki, Sniper Justice Haki, Injustice Haki, Divine Haki, Sorcery Haki, Mana Mastery, and Crazy Haki.

He ate the Vehicle-Vehicle: Race-Car Vegetable, which allows him to turn into a race car, which accelerates faster than the eye, has immense stamina, able to turn automatically to avoid colliding with objects, and move so fast he emits flame trails. He also ate the Copper-Copper Tomato, which grants him the power of turning into copper to avoid conventional attacks, make copper constructs, manipulate copper dust particles, conduct electrical currents to electrocute targets, be immune to electrical charges, turn invisible, make copper ammunition, generate copper coins, and his Awakening allows him to manipulate the emotion/love/beauty/charisma/lust of others. As a robot built for sniping, he has Haki Power Level Scanner vision, nanorobot regeneration, jet-propulsion feet, eye-lasers, a sniper gun that fires ammunition that phases through distances/solid objects to reach the target, and a chest emission cannon.
