The first Archangel I have ever drawn, his element is fire and he gives power and faith to the people..I guess XD ...I have to search for more informations about them all...If you know something more, please tell me!!

i know that archangel michael is almost always depicted holding his sword after he sent Lucifer to hell, he led the other angels against lucifer when lucifer rebelled, and that he defeated Satan in his dragonic form...

hmm, all I know about Michael are the few references in the Bible...He's apparently a leader of the angel warriors when they fought against the devil and his minions (see Revelations). The name Michael means "who is like God?". I think I've heard him referenced as "the right hand of God", although that might be Gabriel. Other than that, I don't know all the Catholic traditions behind Michael...but here's a site I found while I was looking up his name recently: ([link] ).
