Description
This work was really hard to do, At the first time I tried to do a "wind" effect using some fractal render, but it sucks.I used a pattern too but there was always some thing strange.
But at The end I liked the outcome.
This Character is Pullum Purna from SFEX series.

My older sister is a big fan of Pullum Purna when she was a high school student. -_-
She uses Blair Dame and Pullum Purna and also my older sister cheats and especially my big brother that he uses Garuda for cheating in playing games.
I guess my older sister doesn't like Hokuto for being weak and no super combos.
