Not sure about the dictator part, but the original manga is so brutal that even Season 0 (the original yugioh manga's tv show, made by toei) had to be censored. And even that was still brutal.

That is what I call breathtaking. I tend to see Yami and Yuugi as evil or corrupt, so it is something I do to them a lot in my drawings. All of the dark energy is great. Almost like he is summoning it or something. Having some of his clothes disappearing like that makes me think he is disappearing into the darkness. Even wanting to become part of it. All of the lighting on his clothes really helps to bring it out. I like the dark colors you have chosen the clothes to be. They suit this theme of corruption you are going along with. Interesting necklace he has. Although that expression on his face is the best of all for this drawing. It really brings quite an evil and creepy vibe to him. It's like he is piercing into your soul and wanting to corrupt you. Great work.
