Springtrap hasn't told the Puppet his real name. He's only told Ritchie, one of the ghost children, and if Ritchie told the Puppet then the Puppet still wouldn't use it, because he'd assume that if Springtrap wanted to be called BOB he'd say so. Also, most of the fandom knows him as Springtrap.
Springtrap may or may not know The Puppet as Ian, but if he does he doesn't care enough to use that name. That would be a friendly gesture, one that said that he sees the Puppet as another person. Instead, he makes up nicknames for the purpose of annoying the Puppet.
