An epiphany is not necessarily a religious moment. It can be any sudden, striking realization. For example, Isaac Newton's "Eureka!" that the same force that pulls an apple to the ground also keeps the moon in orbit. In fact, if you watched the Sweeney Todd video I posted a while ago, the song he was singing was called Epiphany.

Gotten a better handle on a few things with GIMP, thanks to people on the Web who have the same questions I do. The glow on Nightmare's speech looks much better than the messy fog I've been drawing. It's a lot more labor-intensive in GIMP, but I think it actually looks better. Like its* words are shining.

(Nightmare is neither male nor female, and considers the proper pronoun to be "it." However, as gender is irrelevant in its opinion, it won't bother to get upset if misgendered the way Plushtrap does. Its attitude is, who cares? Good thing for me, because I sometimes slip up.)
