Maybe ill make background sometime when i feel like it,for now i just did random colors.

Leblanc has got to be one of my favorite champions. With the right timing a I believe a 12 second silence with a snare is possible. Unlike Veigar she has a huge burst AND consistent damage due to short cool downs and her leash. Double blinking (or triple with flash) makes her able to outrun anyone.
