I have to say I am impressed, you have improved a lot, your drawing no longer sucks, the neck in this one doesnt look that bad. I am trying to find something bad to say about this, and I cant. xD Well there is something I can say I think there are bigger outlines in some parts of your design like the skin, so the purity and fragility of the girl looks compromised. I dont fully understand her haircut, but I am sure its not made out of random. What I notice too, is that you like to make your characters look to the left sometimes like turning back. xD and always seems to be easier for you to draw them from that side. xD You drawn like that even today. O.o ? I will check if I find a character of yours turning to the right instead.

OH how great. Where to begin...what to say. So well done. The face, expeically the Eyes is soo well done. THe hair their is soo much detail in the hair i mean, and then the dress this is too good.
