Description
Here is a character design for the Admin for Team Rocket of the Merto region featured in Pokemon Acanthite, called Antares.He was originally called "Argus" in the previous iterations of Pokemon Acanthite.
He is more militant in his approach and is working hard to fill that void left by Giovanni.
He is also the uncle to Silver/Kamon
