My cat was being cute and derpy as usual and it inspired me to draw this, plus I took the opportunity to practice glow and fiddle with backgrounds. Alec isn't radioactive though, it's just bioluminesce. I'm massively fascinated by people who enhance their bodies with technology and also bioengineering
