this is from my old account ~Gucchama (everything is in storage there). this is an old commission for ! their original character, caine, with *licchan 's original character gavan!i'm going to slowly start uploading some of my old works (the ones that i still like and think are worth posting), maybe just one or two a week.
i discouraged criticism in the comments because this is really old and doesn't indicate a up-to-date level of my current ability.

well... i think it depends on the brand of colored pencil and the paper. i used prisma colored pencils, which tends to have a softer lead with less wax when compared to regular colored pencils. the paper i like using is strathmore brand because it is light weight with a light texture. plus it's the technique! i like to blend colors a lot!
but i think any kind of colored pencils and paper can work (cuz i remember coloring this way with just regular materials before...), only, it's just much harder on your hands.

I have no idea how people make such clean beautiful pictures with colored pencils xD I guess I'm just not skilled enough.
