I feel like someone has probably made this joke before....So, yeah, this is *ThreadbareSP 's South Park OC, Charlie, who is a totally adorable little derp. I've wanted to draw up some fanart for a while, but I wasn't sure what to do...and then this lame idea came up, and I was like, "Well...why the eff not, might as well dump something else stupid into my gallery."
So, uh...sorry it's stupid, but I hope she came out cute, at least.
Even if I did get her hair wrong.
