Write-up (WIP):

Emerald Sustrai (RWBY) - A charismatic and sexy thief, Emerald serves Cinder along with her partner Mercury. Her semblance allows her to create illusions and she is an awesome and skilled fighter.

Cinder Fall (RWBY) - Polarizing for causing the deaths of Pyrrha, Amber and sending Ozpin into hiding, Cinder is a truly deadly foe. However, she is also beautiful and graceful, not only in her appearance but in the way she fights. Although in volume 4 she has been heavily scarred across the face, there is still a sort of quiet beauty to her that deserves to be recognized.

Neopolitan (RWBY) - My favourite out of the RWBY villainesses, Neo has never spoken a word yet she is still a complete badass. Defeating Yang twice and almost getting her way with Ruby, Neo is truly a villain to be feared. However, she is also adorable. Being very short and having an amazing design, Neo is both cute and sexy. The cuts at the side of her shirt revealing just a little bit of her hips is especially attractive.

Valentine (Skullgirls) - She is not only a nurse but also a ninja, who serves the corrupted nun Double. Valentine uses an assortment of medical tools to fight as well as her body, in more ways then one. She's beautiful and deadly, a very dangerous combo.

Eliza (Skullgirls) - There is really no better way to describe Eliza then femme fatale. With the several Egyptian gods following her orders, Eliza is very evil and very sexy in her base form.

Sabrina (Pokémon) - Although seen as a villain, being a ghost gym leader working with Team Rocket, Sabrina is very cute and likeable. She was possessed by the spirit of a little girl for some time in the show, but once she was freed she became less evil and scary and even more beautiful.

Courtney (Pokémon) - Has a quiet, cute and even yandere appeal, as portrayed in Pokémon Generations. Her cute design, singsong dialogue (as shown in Omega Ruby) and hot design make Courtney quite the beautiful villainess.

Courtney (Total Drama) - Although Courtney's alignment isn't always clear, she has shown to be quite treacherous and was the primary villain in season 2. Courtney has as incredible body and is very intelligent and retains a humanity that most other villains do not, making her incredibly attractive.

Heather (Total Drama) - The best word to describe Heather is bitch. However, she's a sexy bitch. Forming and betraying many alliances throughout the duration of the show, Heather's vile attitude is easier to overlook sometimes given her delicate, Asian beauty.

Minene Uryuu (Future Diary) - Although she started off as a villain, she became more of an anti-hero towards the end. Regardless, Minene is stunning. She has been shown in many looks, from lolita to nurse to amputated and has managed to rock every single one. A very likeable and strong character compliments her hot looks well.

Harley Quinn (DC) - Although she is beautiful in all her incarnations, her latest depiction in Suicide Squad by Margot Robbie takes the cake. This henchman to the Joker is unique in how she strives towards her own path, while still being just the right about of crazy.

Poison Ivy (DC) - Like Harley, Poison Ivy is amazing in all her forms, but I chose to use the possible upcoming depiction of her by Emma Stone. Poison Ivy is a gorgeous green-skinned siren who may be villainous, but shows to have a heart by taking the abused Harley Quinn in.

Widowmaker (Overwatch) - This gorgeous and coldblooded sniper takes shit from nobody. She's very ruthless and cunning, but also rocks a skintight bodysuit that compliments her curvy hips wonderfully.

Sombra (Overwatch) - Sporting a very unique look with the half shaved head and ombré'd dark to purple hair, Sombra has a very original, enchanting look to her. She is also a dangerous hacker who has the Russian president as well as many others at her disposal.

Eileen Belserion (Fairy Tail) - Although she is yet to get adapted into the anime, what we have seen of her so far in the manga has been stunning. The mother of Erza Scarlet, she proves that good lucks surely do run in their family. Currently undefeated and one of the main villains to fear, Eileen is an amazingly beautiful destructive force.

Fiona Fox (Sonic) - Good girl gone bad Fiona switched from and orange and white bodysuit to a black crop top and pants when she joined up with Scourge and visually and characteristically, it was for the better. Fiona is a skilled martial artist with an appealing look to her.

Junko Enoshima (Danganronpa) - Insane, merciless and absolutely drop dead sexy, Junko Enoshima is the crowning jewel of the Danganronpa series. Although she flips through personalities at a breakneck speed, her intelligent personality where she sports a ponytail is easily the most alluring.

Rize Kamishiro (Tokyo Ghoul) - This ghoul is not one that you'd want to go on a date with, no matter how gorgeous she is. She is a literal man eater and a threat to any human or ghoul in the world, seeing as she's a sadistic serial killer who just happens to be very beautiful.

Jinx (League of Legends) - Although portrayed as a hero/anti-hero in the Burning Bright short, in-game lore proves Jinx to be quite the mischievous villain. She blows up property and goes on killing sprees, if only because she's bored. Although she is cute in her base skin, I feel that her Star Guardian look better compliments her slim figure.

Volpina/Lila (Miraculous Ladybug) - Although jealousy may fill the heart of Volpina, she has nothing to be jealous over. She craves the love of Adrien/Chat Noir, but Marinette/Ladybug is blocking her from this path. When the akumas take her over she becomes a dazzling vixen bent on tearing the two apart, making her villainous but still very hot and pretty.
