Description
This was taken at the Filter concert in the summer of 2008 when they came to Denver. I was using my point and shoot (who wants a fancy camera in a mosh pit?!) and trying to keep the flash off to spare the musicians' eyes - hence the blur while he was boppin his head

I don't think you could have gotten a much better picture than this Mel. Great timing, and i especially like the little blur around his head.

VERY nice. I'm surprised this was actually taken live at a concert, and not posed! The lighting really helps add effect. This honestly looks more like something someone drew than something someone took a photograph of because of the lighting!

Thank you! As I said in the description, I tried not to use my flash (it's a point and shoot, those things are bloody bright!) and so the colours are much more vivid as a result. Unfortunately, a lot of the photos are super blurry as well

Haha, I've learned that from point and shoots: They either get this vivid, awesome picture, some mediocre shot that looks like just anyone took it, or a mess of blur. I used to be a real disposable camera junkie!
