Description This one is Eve sitting in the garden of Eden. There's no snake because, frankly, I'm tired of hearing about and seeing him.

Eve holds a skull of a dead creature and sits on a small stool with a skull on it, both showing what her son, Cain, brought to the word: Basically, death.
She (or, if you listen to some, Lilith) bore the world's greatest serial killer who actually (in the words of an author who's name I can't remember) killed one third of the world's population with one blow.

To me, Eve was tragic. We blame everything on her... but we never admit to how dumb Adam must have been.

Oh, very nice! I love the description as well, though I'm not really familiar with who everyone is. Who's Cain? I'm pretty sure I know who Eve, Adam and Lilith are.

Anyway, I love the feel of this one. It is a bit different from the rest, but it's still in your lovely, dreamy style.

Cain and Abel were the sons of Adam and Eve. Cain became a farmer and Abel grew livestock.
As the story goes, God told them both to bring the best of their stock to sacrifice to Him. Abel brought his finest lamb and Cain, his finest crops. For some reason, God loved Abel's sacrifice and not Cain's. Because of this, Cain killed his brother and was banished from Eden. If you look at the "family tree", we're "actually" all his decendents.

Another story goes that both Cain and Abel each had a twin sister. Cain was to marry Abel's twin and Abel was to marry Cain's, but Cain loved his own twin and wanted her for himself and killed his brother out of jealousy. Talk about keeping it in the family!

However the story goes, Cain still kills Abel, Cain gets marked so that no man can harm him... but as the stories go, he was eventually killed when his house fell on him.

I hope that helps.

Thank you! I had no idea that Cain and Abel were brothers! I thought they were uncle and nephew. Though how the uncle came about is beyond me now that I think about it. *laughs, somewhat emberrassed* That does help me out by keeping everyone seperated and given identities.

But what's with the serpent? I don't understand that part. Did the snake some how threatened Adam and Eve to eat the apple?

The snake was the one that tempted Eve with the fruit, telling her that it was okay to eat it even though God said not to. The popular belief is that the snake was really Satan, but some say it was Lilith.
None of that really makes much sense because before that, all snakes had legs. After that one tempted Eve, God took their legs away and made them all crawl on their bellies.

Now, after Eve ate the apple, she told Adam to try it and he did. Idiot.

Jeez, just because one did it, all had to pay?! The poor critters! No wonder they don't look very happy. *laughs*

And yeah, Adam is an idiot. I wonder if he was only half awake when he did that. *grinning* I'm pretty sure God gave Adam a brain...

Yep! That God isn't very fair you know. Everytime one person/think screws up, the entire race is doomed! *lol*
Yes, God did give Adam a brain...but unfortunately, it was in his penis.
