I really don't know what I had in mind when I started out with this one, but I loved how it turned out.My Mother, as she peered over my shoulder told me to name it "Left Behind" because she looks like she got lost and left where ever she was.
I'm in love with the wing things I made from scratch in about 2 hours going back and forth from Photoshop to Elements. No brushes were used, just a much of filters (the moon included) and techniques.

I love this picture. I havnt yet tried to paint wings. Im not much of a photomaniper lol. If I were to change one thing I would add more detail. Some frosty ribons or birds hehe.

This and "Aphrodite" are probably your best on here. I know, I always bitch about not matching the lighting, but it makes the pictures look bad!!!! This one is a very fine use of an almost monochromatic palate. The wings look like ice, and maybe would look interesting with some texturing to that effect. The expression and pose of your figure are excellent. It reminds me of one who has been deep in thought, and suddenly startled. Only thing, maybe she should have more of a shadow under her, based on the position of the moon. It is lovely work!

I will make no excuses for the poor shadowing or the lighting in any of the pictures. I have a very hard time with doing that, since well...I've never paid attention to lighting. None of my sketches have shadows, oddly. BUT I am trying to learn more about it and pay attention to it.
