It took me a while to get this all together. I created the background with the help of some brushes here on DA. The icons for my recycle bin, etc., came from here as well. The theme....well, I'm not really sure where the theme came from.
The best part about this change is that I have Zim talking when my computer starts up and shuts down...Gir talks when I empty my recycle bin.
So, this is what I see when I get on my computer....too bad I had to replace Torque.

Umm...I think it can be changed in the Control Panel. When you change your background and all? Well, in that spot, there should be a tap called advanced, in there, you can change the icons.

Cold works for me.
It's easier on my eyes, my last theme was all lilac with the background from the Suffering....that was pretty confusing.

The theme is called Destiny. It was a bitch to set up because you have to alter they way XP shows themes.
