Metool? Mettaur? Met? Whatever.A recurring Megaman enemy, kinda like the Goomba from the Mario series but not as weak. Usually fires three balls of energy as it comes out of hiding, spreading in different directions.
So yeah, didn't include the bolts on the sides of its head and it looks pretty different from the official designs.

Yeah, the some of the official sprites of this thing have looked rather weird, what with the connected eyes and all. Not a big fan of those.

They are called Mettaur but, I think Metools sounds cool as well. lol , it's a nice animation.

Yeah I know, it's just that I've gotten so used to Metool for some reason. It combines helmet, metal and tool (being the common enemy it is), which makes sense to me.

I think it looks rather wimpy and cute, but whatever floats your boat. Mets are not to be underestimated.

Oh, I remember these guys from the old Megaman games. I always hated them as they sniped at me before hiding under their shells. Pretty impressive sprite though, Neslug, I like how you've animated it, particularly the helmet and the general shading of the 'bot.

This Metool in particular looks rather chubby. I wonder how it fits inside its helmet like that...
And yeah, I think this is one of my best ones yet. It's probably the wobbly helmet and how it does a little hop and hides inside the helmet.
