Nestly: Chibi Ray! The emo fish boy with the crazy swoosh hair. There was something wrong with me when I created him. xD He was just. So. EMOOO.But he was fun to draw. ENJOY!
(Also, he was recently renamed on Neo due to purge. Rayquell instead of Rayquee.)
