oh, the scanned file was bitmap no matter how many times i did it, so i had to lower the file size and photoshop the whole thing... that was the best i could do...

I wish that the details in the ruffles in her blouse had been more clearly defined, though. They just look kinda blurred.
Same with her face. I know it's anime and there's really only so much detail that that style has in their faces, but something about it just looks blurry.
Tl;dr: More definition!! Will make your piece look 100x better!

umm... definition? it was about 7000x8000 when i scanned it that CS3 wont run... nya~ so i had to lower the file size to like 2000 or sth?? THANKS FOR THE HANDY TIPS!!! i really appreciate it!!

also definition...what i meant was i wish your lines were more clearly defined. They are kinda sometimes here and sometimes there. Very precise, thin lines for the outline would have looked nice, I think, as opposed to thick chunky lines in places, lines that are kinda half there in others, and completely gone in the rest.
