Description
this here is Fran from the manga series "Franken Fran" (sorry, I dunno the Japanese title) by Kigitsu Katsuhisa. the manga is quite new, it was only published last year if I'm not mistaken...anyway, the story begins with a Prof Madaraki, a biochemist with a knack to bring the dead back to live! simply put, he's a modern day "Frankenstein", earning him the nickname "The Biologist From Hell".
the protagonist though, is not the prof, but instead his "daughter" Fran, who is currently looking after the mansion and performing the experiments while the prof is out on some business. so far, not much is known about her (hey, it's just been published!!). but she is, as you can see, probably another result of the prof's experiments...
the story revolves around Fran and how she helps those who need her "special" talents. she have a kind heart, but her mind and methods are a bit....abnormal.
the manga can be described as a comedic medical horror...it's funny and gory (really gory!!) at the same time! plus, Fran's actually cute for a girl made from second-hand parts!!

Nice, Fran is really cute when you think about it...I like her a lot as a character. I started reading the series about 2 or 3 days ago, I just got done reading chapters 3 and 4(didn't read them right after 2 cause 2 kinda freaked me out with the ending...luckily 3 and 4 weren't as dark in nature). I really like the series so far(though I like most medical series as I plan to become a doctor or surgeon one day). This is a great picture of a great character from a great series.

yeah, chapter 2 was really freaky, got the feeling something's gonna happen, but never expected THAT!! I feel bad the policewoman in chapter 3 though....as for chapter 4, I wouldn't mind transferring to that school, heheheheheheh!!
I'm really glad that people are liking the series, I was worried that it'd be overlooked under all those "popular" mangas...

Yeah! I read them at onemanga. Ever since then I've been e-mailing my friends with the link, so they could read it. Most liked it, but some said it was too creepy.
